Returns Policy


This website is operated by Netlogistics Ltd on behalf of Hyundai UK. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Netlogistics. Netlogistics offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.


If you are based in the UK you have the right to cancel your order with Netlogistics Ltd under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You will need to provide written notice within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You must notify our customer care team in writing of your wish to cancel the contract for your order by either emailing or write to us at:

On receipt of your notice of contract cancellation, Netlogistics Ltd will issue you with a confirmation that your return satisfies the conditions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations. On receipt of this confirmation, you should return your unwanted item(s) to:

It is your responsibility to cover the cost and arrange return of the items to us. Netlogistics Ltd recommend that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute. All items must be returned unused, and in their original condition. You will receive a full refund for the value of your order, including our basic shipping costs, within 14 working days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation, and unwanted item(s) – should all terms be met.


Items should be returned in an unused, re-sellable condition. Returns that are damaged, used or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to do so, we may have a right of action against you for compensation, and reserve the right to offer a partial refund.


You may exchange your unwanted item(s) for a different item based on stock availability. Shipping charges may apply. All exchanges must adhere to the guidelines set out in our returns policy.


Your refund can only be credited to the original payment card or PayPal™ account. For orders cancelled under the CCRs, the refunded amount will include shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded for any items returned under our standard returns policy.

Please allow up to 14 business days for any refund to your original payment card or account.


Netlogistics Ltd will deem goods to be faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Any items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear, mishandling or incorrect installation are not considered to be faulty. If you qualify for an exchange we will attempt to replace with the same product. If we cannot fulfil this replacement, you will receive a full refund for the item or a suitable replacement.
